Our Sunday Services are simple and without ritual. We do not have a sermon prepared by a minister as in other Christian denominations. Instead the service is conducted by two Readers, and its main component is the weekly ‘Lesson-Sermon’, prepared by The Mother Church and used by all branch churches. It comprises readings from the Bible and from Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy, the discoverer of Christian Science. Science and Health interprets and explains the Bible, clarifying its healing message and its relevance to life today.

The Wednesday Testimony Meeting includes hymns and readings from the Bible and Science and Health chosen by the First Reader on a specific theme. This is followed by an opportunity for the members of the congregation to give gratitude for healings, and share insight gained through their study of Christian Science.
