\"\"Our Sunday Services<\/strong>\u00a0are simple and without ritual. We do not have a sermon prepared by a minister as in other Christian denominations. Instead the service is conducted by two Readers, and its main component is the weekly ‘Lesson-Sermon’, prepared by The Mother Church and used by all branch churches. It comprises readings from the Bible and from\u00a0Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures,<\/em>\u00a0by Mary Baker Eddy, the discoverer of Christian Science. Science and Health interprets and explains the Bible, clarifying its healing message and its relevance to life today.<\/p>

The\u00a0Wednesday Testimony Meeting<\/strong>\u00a0includes hymns and readings from the Bible and Science and Health chosen by the First Reader on a specific theme. This is followed by an opportunity for the members of the congregation to give gratitude for healings, and share insight gained through their study of Christian Science.<\/p>
